ZeeMee’s Terms of Use does not allow content that is harmful or obscene and that endangers the emotional and physical well-being of any of our users, including minors. A minor is someone under 18 years old. This policy is not meant as an exclusive list of prohibited conduct and content under the ZeeMee Terms of Use, and violation can result in suspension or termination of your account and reporting to law enforcement authorities or others.

If you find content or receive messages on the ZeeMee app that violates this policy, please report it immediately through the in-app reporting tools or by email to info@zeemee.com.

If you believe that a child or other user is in danger, please contact your local law enforcement to report the situation immediately.

What This Policy Means for You:

Don’t post content on ZeeMee or send it through messaging if it fits any of the descriptions below:

• Sexualization of minors: Sexually explicit content featuring minors and content that sexually exploits minors, including minor nudity posted with comedic intent. We report content containing child sexual abuse imagery to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, and to other authorities as applicable for other geographic regions.
• Harmful or dangerous acts involving minors: Content showing a minor participating in dangerous activities or encouraging minors to do dangerous activities. Content showing a minor participating in dangerous activities or encouraging minors to do dangerous activities, particularly if someone watching could imitate the dangerous act or if the content encourages or praises the dangerous act. Never put minors in harmful situations that may lead to injury, including dangerous stunts, challenges, dares, or pranks. Dangerous acts include, but are not limited to, any act in the categories listed below.
• Drinking alcohol
• Using vaporizers, e-cigarettes, tobacco, or marijuana
• Misusing fireworks
• Using firearms unsupervised
• Engaging in acts involving asphyxiation or electrocution
• Inflicting or advocating for the infliction of physical, sexual or emotional maltreatment or neglect of a child, including inflicting emotional distress on minors.
  • Content that contains infliction of physical, sexual, or emotional abuse of a child.
  • “Grooming” behavior, for example befriending a minor online to facilitate, either online or offline, sexual contact and/or exchanging sexual imagery with that minor.
  • Content that could cause minor participants or viewers emotional distress, including:
    • Exposing minors to mature themes
    • Simulating parental abuse
    • Coercing minors
    • Violence
• Misleading content: Content that is intended for young minors and families, but contains:
  • Sexual themes
  • Violence
  • Obscenity or other mature themes not suitable for young audiences
  • Self-harm
  • Other inappropriate themes intended to shock young audiences
• Cyberbullying, “Sextortion” schemes, and harassment: Content that:
  • Intends to shame, deceive, extort, or insult a minor
  • Reveals personal information like email addresses or bank account numbers
  • Contains sexualization
  • Encourages others to bully or harass
