Volunteer Work
I have volunteered at Meet the Orchestra, an event featuring the Boca Symphonia, where they expose young children to classical music. I work in the "instrument petting zoo", which lets the kids try an instrument of their choice. I play the basics of most brass instruments, but I prefer the trombone.
Florida Youth Orchestra
Florida Youth Orchestra is a student orchestra for kids of all ages. I joined in sixth grade, and I'm well into my fourth year. This year, I'm playing second chair trombone for the Principal division. I also participate in Top Brass, a brass ensemble which is associated with FYO.
